Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Field Customer Service Supervisor in training CSA staff and meter-read scheduling.
• Review meter read exceptions and field activity backlogs for timely resolution.
• Validate completion of daily meter read-related worklists and ensure CC&B updates are timely.
• Research and resolve meter discrepancies for large meters and AMR communication issues to ensure accurate billing.
• Add new meters to CC&B Inventory and complete meter changes accurately.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and support resolution of backlogs, errors, and follow-ups.
