Job summary

D2 Consulting seeks a Junior Enterprise Watch Analyst to monitor IT operations and manage incidents in a fast-paced environment. You will work with NGA executives and CIO-T leadership to keep stakeholders informed and support mission-critical services.

Responsibilities include handling Priority 1 tickets, reporting on operational status, and coordinating with partners to minimize downtime and restore services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Operations Center or similar environment.
• Operational experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community.
• TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of Priority 1 tickets and drive resolution.
• Monitor health of ESC cells and provide situational awareness.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare and present the Daily Operations brief.
• Coordinate with mission partners during outages and updates.
