Job summary

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; 4 years may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Must be able and willing to work in a 24x7x365 rotating shift environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive, collaborative attitude in high-stress environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Providing continuous monitoring, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support to 24x7x365 watch operations.
• Monitoring a variety of data sources and highlighting items of interest.
• Drafting daily and event-driven situational awareness reports.
• Actively and meaningfully participating in shift turnover activities to support shift transition.
• Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed.
• Maintaining flexibility to provide related services as needed by the customer, such as support to continuity of operations activities.
