Job summary

Intelliforce is seeking a Watch Desk Systems Analyst in Texas to monitor Linux-based production environments, identify anomalies, and coordinate fast remediation. You will work across dashboards, logs, and data flows, escalating as needed and maintaining incident timelines.

The role requires Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, US citizenship, and strong Linux skills. Expect a rotating 12-hour schedule in the Central Time Zone with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph; active clearance; US citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 additional years of systems engineering experience in lieu of degree
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain within six months

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating systems, applications, services, and production environments for availability, health, and performance
• Identify abnormal behavior using dashboards, logs, and metrics; coordinate troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot Linux OS, applications, data flows, and basic network issues
• Monitor data ingestion/processing pipelines and investigate interruptions
• Create, update, and maintain incident tickets; document actions and timelines
• Follow SOPs and escalate issues; support incident response and system restoration
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for Watch Desk personnel and customers
