Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience or associate's with 4+ years.
• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years relevant experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
• Background and drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Critical Priority 1 tickets to resolution.
• Monitor PSC/CSOC operations for centralized situational awareness.
• Communicate the status of the operational infrastructure.
• Brief senior leadership on IT enterprise status.
• Prepare and deliver Daily Operations briefs.
• Coordinate upcoming days' AOs.
• Recommend mitigations to minimize downtime and mission impact.
• Assess impact of events on mission capability and outages.
• Coordinate with mission partners during unscheduled outages.
