Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Watch Desk Systems Analyst in Texas to support mission-critical production environments. You will monitor systems, analyze performance data, and coordinate troubleshooting with Tier 2/3 and other teams. The role emphasizes calm decision-making, clear communication, and scalable SOPs.

Responsibilities include incident management, documentation, and shift handoffs in a 24x7 operation. Requires TS clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret with Polygraph, active, no sponsorship
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen, no visa sponsorship
• 20 years of Systems Engineering experience on similar programs
• Experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Bachelor’s degree or five additional years of Systems Engineering experience
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain within six months

Responsibilities

• Monitor OS, applications, services, and production environments for availability and performance
• Identify abnormal behavior using dashboards, logs, and metrics
• Troubleshoot Linux OS, applications, data flows, and basic network issues
• Monitor data ingestion and processing pipelines and investigate interruptions
• Create, update, and maintain incident tickets through troubleshooting
• Document actions, results, timelines, and status; escalate as needed
• Follow established SOPs and perform shift turnover and handoffs
• Provide concise status updates to engineers, management, customers, and stakeholders
