Job summary

D2 Consulting is seeking a Junior Enterprise Watch Analyst in the United States. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident management, and collaboration to provide situational awareness and rapid issue resolution for mission-critical NGA IT services.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with substantial relevant experience, and prior IT Operations Center exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
• TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly
• Experience in an IT Operations Center or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Take charge of critical Priority 1 tickets, seeing them through to resolution.
• Monitor the operational health of NGA IT services to ensure situational awareness.
• Communicate updates on infrastructure status to stakeholders.
• Provide briefings to senior leadership on IT enterprise status.
• Prepare and present the Daily Operations brief with latest information.
• Collect and deliver insights into upcoming operations and activities.
• Recommend strategies to minimize downtime and restore services quickly.
• Assess incident impact on mission capability and prioritize restoration.
• Coordinate with mission partners during outages with status updates.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team goals
