HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead the wastewater and effluent management program across HDR's services. You will oversee strategy, risk management, and high-profile projects while coordinating with market sectors, operations, and academic partners.

You will mentor technical leaders, drive quality assurance, and help shape HDR's practice standards, tools, and client value through innovative solutions and industry involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of related field experience.
• Professional registration required for design leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through reviews and claims prevention activities.
• Drive QA/QC processes and monitor emerging technologies.
• Oversee development of technical tools, standards, and practices.
