HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead the Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management practice. You will direct technical capabilities, mentor staff, and drive strategic initiatives across HDR’s global teams.

The role emphasizes risk management, quality control, and collaboration with market sectors, operations, and university partners to advance WTEM capabilities. Significant travel may be required.
