HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead wastewater treatment and effluent management programs. You will oversee technical risk, quality, tooling, and staff assignments across HDR’s global wastewater practice, partnering with market sectors, operations, and clients to deliver high-impact projects.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, 10+ years of leadership experience, professional registration, and a track record of building diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a relevant field.
• Professional registration for design-focused leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the Business Class.
• Build relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews and claims prevention.
• Drive quality assurance and control processes and coordinate with the Quality Manager.
