Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance across multiple wastewater plants. You will lead operators, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with account managers to align on performance.

The ideal candidate holds the highest level wastewater license, has at least 10 years of wastewater experience with supervisory background, and can manage budgets, reports, and process improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 10 years wastewater experience.
• Two years supervisory experience required; ability to lead multiple plants.
• Wastewater operator license at highest level and state/site-specific requirements.
• Proficiency with regulatory documentation and OSHA/DOT familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Leads team of operators in hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met.
• Communicates with account managers weekly about ongoing operations.
• Conducts site visits and coordinates with maintenance on repairs.
• Manages maintenance of trucks and equipment, including capital budgeting.
• Creates and manages the operating budget and monthly operations reports.
• Assesses operational performance and implements continuous improvements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
