• BA/BS in a related field with 5–7 years wastewater experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; wastewater operator license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads team of operators including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Ensures SOPs, OSHA, DOT and other regulatory requirements are met.
• Communicates with account managers weekly about ongoing operations.
• Oversees maintenance, budgeting, and capital projects.
• Creates monthly operations reports and budgets.
• Identifies continuous improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
