Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA (doing business as Newterra) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to drive regional growth in municipal wastewater markets across the United States. You will manage Manufacturer's Representatives, build relationships with municipal customers, consulting engineers, and contractors, and lead opportunities from development through execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas.
Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
Lead sales opportunities from project development through bidding, negotiation, and purchasing orders.
Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, and identify market trends.
Serve as primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
