Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Mansioni

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from development through bidding, negotiation and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on aeration systems for wastewater treatment.
