Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA (Newterra) seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to grow regional sales of aeration products for municipal wastewater applications. You will manage Manufacturer's Representatives and build strong relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, driving bids from development to purchase orders.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in municipal wastewater sales, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to guide complex projects from specification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and orders quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and fully executed purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
