Job summary

Newterra, doing business as Grundfos Water Treatment USA, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for wastewater aeration products. You will manage regional sales across municipal wastewater applications, grow through Manufacturer's Representatives, and build strong relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales in this sector, deep technical knowledge of wastewater processes, and a proven

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas, including recruiting, training, and performance monitoring.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and fully executed purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
