Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to receive and process calls from customers, serve as the end-to-end contact, and resolve issues. The role collaborates with a team to meet call center objectives and enhance service to exceed customer expectations.

You will answer inbound calls, assist commercial and residential customers, provide quotes for new customers, establish accounts and document service details.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Provide service quotes and establish customer accounts with accurate details.
• Cross-sell additional products where appropriate.
• Utilize Tower system to gather information and update records.
• Participate in cross-training with Operations, Sales, and Billing.
