Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Account Manager in Huntington, WV to maintain and expand relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers in the waste services portfolio. You will leverage knowledge of services, pricing, and offers to increase penetration, renew contracts, and address customer needs while using Salesforce daily to document activities and opportunities.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
Develops knowledge of services, pricing structures, and offers to existing customers.
Performs contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
Responds to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
Communicates with customers regarding pricing initiatives.
Uses Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities.
Captures customer emails, minimizes rate restrictions and credits.
Increases customer penetration by selling full suite of Republic Services products.
Meets with Sales Manager to review retention activities, progress and key relationships.
Partners with operations to address service issues.
Builds relationships and increases company visibility at events.
