Job summary

Republic Services in Missoula, MT seeks an Account Manager to proactively maintain and expand relationships with current customers in the commercial and industrial waste sector. You will drive penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products and coordinate with operations to resolve service issues.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience and a valid driver's license, with preference for waste/transportation industry background.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers with long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Develop knowledge of services, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Execute contractual re-signs to extend customer relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per policy and escalate when needed.
• Promote the full Republic Services product suite to increase penetration.
• Collaborate with sales manager to review progress and key relationships.
