Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Sales Executive in Ridgeland, SC to drive new business, expand customer relationships, and deliver customized waste and recycling solutions across the territory. You will partner with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first meeting through service implementation and beyond.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Ability to prospect, network, and build relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow your assigned territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, community involvement, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and recommend customized waste and recycling solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms while balancing customer needs and company objectives.
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
