Formación

• 2+ years of related experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Explorer.

Responsabilidades

• Provides warranty and technical support to Dicor and InVision customers.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Enter product orders for replacement parts and new products.
• Provide technical documentation to retail customers and dealers as needed.
• Communicate feedback to management and document trending issues.
