Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer inquiries related to warranty and technical issues via email and phone.
• Enter and maintain warranty claim information in Excel.
• Enter product orders for replacements and new products; provide technical documentation to dealers and OEMs as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to management, document trends and report issues.
• Meet monthly and yearly KPI goals.
