Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years in service coordination, parts logistics, warranty administration, or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, RV, automotive, or related industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience with ERP systems and service documentation is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls with the sales team.
• Track and follow up on open service and warranty issues.
• Serve as a communication link between Sales, Warranty, Production and Administrative teams.
• Monitor status of parts and warranty orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize and schedule manufacturing of service parts.
• Analyze warranty claims and service data to identify recurring issues.
• Develop corrective actions to reduce warranty claims and customer chargebacks.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, warranty activities, and parts shipments.
• Provide updates regarding service activities to internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
