PACCAR is seeking a Warranty Team Lead to drive claims analysis and improvement initiatives for dealers and fleet customers. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across engineering and quality teams, and leadership in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Tableau and Snowflake, with strong communication and project-management skills. Significant travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills; strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Tableau proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create/manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards to support claims management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding/training support for new employees as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class support to Dealers and Fleet Customers regularly.
• Analyze and process warranty claims with stakeholders per guidelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities.
• Travel as needed (<5%).
• Collaborate with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality to drive improvements.
• Operate in a collaborative team environment.
