Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree completed or in progress required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Good recall of detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives.
• Ability to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision.
• Ability to create and manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to support claim management and goals (a plus).
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable processing large volumes of claims data and providing data-driven answers to questions about the material processed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding/training support for new employees as needed.
• Provide best‑in‑class support to dealers and fleet customers on a regular basis.
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for assigned responsibilities.
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims per the established guidelines.
• Work in a collaborative environment.
