Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Tableau and Snowflake, with strong communication and project-management skills. Significant travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Provide onboarding/training support for new employees/as needed
  • Provide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
  • Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
  • Work closely with external/internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Able to travel as needed (<5%)
  • Collaborate with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims via the established guidelines
  • Work in a collaborative environment
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of experience required
  • Must have effective communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
  • Must have a good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives
  • Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
  • Ability to create and manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals, a plus
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines when dealing with areas of ambiguity
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processed

The salary range for the Warranty Team Lead is $80,800 - $120,800 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
