Kenworth Division of PACCAR has an immediate opening for a Warranty Analyst Team Lead to join our Warranty Team in Renton, WA.
Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding/training support for new employees as needed
- Provide best‑in‑class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
- Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
- Work closely with external/internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Able to travel as needed (<5%)
- Work with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims per the established guidelines

Qualifications
- 4‑year degree completed or in progress required
- 3+ years of experience required
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Must have a good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
- Must be self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced just‑in‑time environment with rapidly changing objectives
- Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
- Ability to create and manage ad‑hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals, a plus
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines when dealing with areas of ambiguity
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data‑driven answers to questions about the material processed
Salary
Salary range for Warranty Team Lead is $77,700 - $116,200 annually.
