Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
• 1 year of customer service experience in automotive/manufacturing
• Experience with warranty handling and RMAs

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of support for customers, troubleshooting issues and documenting service incidents.
• Manage customer accounts through the RMA and warranty processes.
• Process service orders, maintain service records, and communicate order status to customers.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements to internal teams for improvement.
• Maintain systems to track customer interactions and satisfaction data.
• Coordinate product shipments and returns with logistics, ensuring hazmat compliance.
• Enter complaint cases and service data accurately into Salesforce and internal databases.
• Provide after-hours and emergency 24/7 customer service coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and validation teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and document warranty processes, SOPs, and procedures.
• Generate reports and present service metrics to stakeholders.
