Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a role focused on end-to-end warranty resolution, post-sale support, and claims analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Electrical engineering or similar.
• 2-3 years in Customer Service in Quality and/or Engineering.
• Experience with SAP.
• Quality tools knowledge (8D's).
• ISO Auditor desirable.
• Knowledge in 10CFR Appendix B desirable.
• Desirable experience with Switchgear and Circuit Breakers.
• Candidates must already have authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the resolution of post-sale customer requests/complaints/disputes, in coordination with Sales, Operations, and other internal and/or external teams.
• Tracks disputes and coordinates with necessary functions for faster resolution.
• Provides solutions for customer claims and ensures containment actions, returns, credits, and/or debits processed.
• Collects and archives documentation within target timelines and closes outcomes/actions in systems.
• Reports and follows up on KPIs related to warranty costs and customer complaints.
• Analyzes trends to highlight repetitive failures for continuous improvement.
