D.R. Horton, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to facilitate warranty requests by scheduling subcontractors and resolving issues to protect customer satisfaction.

You will confirm homeowner requests, contact technicians, determine warrantability, and maintain professional communication while managing multiple tasks.

This full-time role offers a salary of $70,000–$85,000 with benefits including medical, dental and vision, 401(k), and other company-supported programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to utilize DRH Warranty applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner requests.
• Make initial contact with homeowners and/or technicians to schedule inspections.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability.
• Communicate outcomes to homeowners if repair is not warrantable.
• Process work orders and verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct to support customer satisfaction and company goodwill.
