Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for the Sarasota Division to manage warranty requests and coordinate repairs. You will schedule subcontractors, review repair issues for warrantability, and maintain high levels of homeowner satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will handle written/electronic work orders, communicate findings clearly, and ensure timely, professional service to contribute to the company's quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with DRH Warranty applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner warranty requests and schedule inspections.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability and communicate results.
• Process work orders and coordinate subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed.
