D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help ensure warranty requests are completed efficiently and to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves scheduling subcontractors and proactively resolving homeowner issues after closing.

The successful candidate will handle warranty-related communications, confirm visit timings, and work with subcontractors to ensure timely repairs in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to utilize DRH Warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner requests.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and technicians.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability.
• Communicate repair decisions to homeowners.
• Process work orders and verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed.
• Maintain professional ethics and goodwill for the company.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
