Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and email; able to use DRH Warranty apps on mobile, tablet, or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner requests and schedule inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractors to perform warranty repairs and track progress.
• Confirm warranty items and communicate decisions to homeowners.
• Process work orders and ensure timely, compliant completion of repairs.
• Maintain professional relationships with homeowners and subcontractors.
