The role focuses on resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining satisfaction, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly with homeowners, and work with DRH Warranty applications using mobile or desktop devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with DRH Warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner requests.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners or Service Technicians.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability.
• Communicate with homeowners if repair is not warrantable.
• Process work orders and follow supervisor instructions.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to address concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct to support customers and company goodwill.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
