Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to utilize DRH Warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner requests.
• Coordinate initial contact with homeowners and technicians to schedule inspections.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability.
• Explain to homeowners if a repair is not warrantable.
• Process work orders and verbal instructions for repairs.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty work.
• Certify warranty work is completed within obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Conduct business professionally to enhance goodwill and company profits.
• Possess overtime capability.
• Maintain good rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
