Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner warranty requests.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and technicians.
• Evaluate repair issues for warrantability.
• Communicate repair outcomes to homeowners.
• Process work orders and schedule subcontractors for repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed as required.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and ethical service to increase goodwill and company profit.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
