• Process improvement: Identify trends and root causes, collaborating with engineering and production to drive improvements.
• Data management & reporting: Maintain service records, track warranty trends, provide leadership reports on claims and feedback.
• Compliance & policy development: Ensure warranty and service operations align with standards and company policies.
• Customer training and service schools: Travel to OEMs and dealers to perform technical training.
