Job summary

Micro-Trak Systems, Inc. seeks a CS Repair Technician to support customers with technical assistance, process warranty claims, service and repair customer systems, and document activities for satisfaction and traceability.

You will analyze repairs, perform phone diagnoses, enter orders in ERP, and coordinate with Sales, Materials, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues while upholding ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of electronics experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision across multiple departments.
• Experience with electronics repair and product troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Repair customer equipment (warranty and non-warranty) and provide phone diagnosis.
• Process sales orders and confirmations in the ERP system.
• Deliver excellent customer service with in-depth product knowledge.
• Report quality concerns and participate in root cause analysis.
• Coordinate issues between sales, materials, quality and manufacturing.
• Enter service data into CRM/GS for tracking and reporting.
• Assist Sales and Engineering with product testing and troubleshooting.
