We have incorporated our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to produce a high efficiency and controlled manufacturing environment that allows us to produce world class electrical components and circuit board assemblies.American Technology Components, Inc. is seeking a Service and Warranty Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while leading a dedicated team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Warranty Management: Oversee and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to company policies.Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer warranty issues, ensuring a positive customer experience including site visits for troubleshooting.Repair & Service Coordination: Manage product repairs and service requests, working closely with the production and quality teams to address recurring issues.Team Leadership: Supervise and support the service and warranty team, ensuring efficient workflows and professional development.Process Improvement: Identify trends in product issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, track warranty trends, and provide reports to leadership on warranty claims, repair rates, and customer feedback.Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure all warranty and service operations align with industry standards and company policies.Customer Training and Service Schools: Travel to OEM’s and Dealers to perform technical training to technicians.This job description is intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this position.
