Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to communities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Experience using warranty applications on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate warranty issues and determine warrantable items.
• Process work orders and supervise subcontractors for repairs.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, texture repair, and painting.
• Schedule subcontractors and manage timelines.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all repairs.
