Job summary

This role involves evaluating repair issues, performing necessary carpentry and painting work, and managing subcontractors. With a focus on professionalism, the technician will maintain high standards of work and customer relations. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in carpentry, drywall, texture repair and painting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine warranty status.
• Process work orders for repairs.
• Perform repairs including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Schedule subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure service satisfaction.
