Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years related experience including carpentry, drywall, texture repair and painting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to use DRH Warranty applications on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine warrantable items.
• Process work orders and instructions for homeowner repairs.
• Perform repairs: carpentry, drywall, texture, painting.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet compliance standards and complete warranty obligations.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Follow up with homeowners to address concerns.
