Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of warranty department experience in automotive is preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership fixed operations, warranty processing, and policies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Warranty Reimbursement Administrator

Pay: $35-$38 per hour

Are you an analytical professional with automotive warranty experience and a passion for solving complex problems? We are seeking a Warranty Reimbursement Administrator to support the warranty operations of a leading automotive manufacturer. In this role, you'll review and process dealer requests for warranty labor rate and parts markup increases while ensuring compliance with established service policies and procedures.

You’ll evaluate the financial impact of dealer requests, provide guidance on warranty-related concerns, and help identify policy issues that may affect dealers and customers.
