Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and processing dealer warranty claims, including pending claims, appeals, and submissions for various warranty programs.
• Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims, appeals, and pre-authorizations in accordance with policies.
• Provide guidance to dealers regarding warranty coverage and submission accuracy.
• Manage dealer communications related to warranty claims via email and phone.
• Conduct Dealer Self-Reviews (DSRs) and communicate findings to dealers, identifying trends and compliance concerns.
