Qualifications

• Prior automotive warranty or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines; clear communication with team and management.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims daily as customers pick up their vehicles.
• Review repair orders for proper time stamps, documentation, and technician notes.
• Return repair orders to service advisors when corrections are required.
• Log returned repair orders with detailed reasons for tracking and accountability.
• Submit repairs for digital imaging approvals when required.
• Submit repairs to the powertrain center for authorization as needed.
• Communicate approvals and denials promptly to service advisors.
• Notify management of any rejected claims.
• Monitor and report any warranty receivable over 30 days to management.
• Reconcile and clear warranty schedules; post warranty payables accurately.
