• Manage dealer communications related to warranty claims via email and phone.
• Conduct Dealer Self-Reviews (DSRs) and communicate findings to dealers, identifying trends and compliance concerns.

Our client, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a Warranty Review Specialist to join their team. As a Warranty Review Specialist, you will be part of the Warranty Department supporting dealer and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $25.00
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
What's the Job?

• Assist in evaluating and processing dealer warranty claims, including pending claims, appeals, and submissions for various warranty programs.
• Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims, appeals, and pre-authorizations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide timely guidance and support to dealers regarding warranty coverage, claim requirements, and submission accuracy.
• Manage dealer communications related to warranty claims through email and phone support.
