Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations. You will manage warranty claims, review repair orders for factory compliance, and stay current on recalls and TSBs.

This high-visibility role requires attention to detail, CDK experience, and the ability to work across multiple OEM brands, ensuring timely reimbursements and audit-ready documentation.

• Proven automotive warranty administration experience.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards.
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins.
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding warranty expertise.
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting.
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation.
