Job summary

Mid Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is essential for accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers.

You will manage warranty claims, review repair orders for factory compliance, stay updated on recalls and policies, and work across multiple OEM brands to broaden warranty expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive warranty administration experience.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-brand experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
