• Proven automotive warranty administration experience.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-brand experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and code repair orders to factory compliance standards.
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released.
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise.
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting.
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation.
