Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of warranty claims within construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to address warranty issues promptly.
• Ensure timely resolution, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide invoicing support and cost management insights; generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support training and development initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
